Ein Entnehmen des Ringes wird von diesem erfasst, der Schieber schiebt dann den n\u00e4chsten Ring nach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Grundmechanik wird am Arbeitsplatz oder in einer Automatisierungsl\u00f6sung befestigt, die Anpassung&nbsp; an verschiedene Bauteilgr\u00f6\u00dfen erfolgt durch Wechselmagazine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mittels der Aufnahme Ringspender kann ein Wechselmagazin f\u00fcr Sicherungsringe angebaut werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wechselmagazin Sicherungsringe f\u00fcr ca. 200 Ringe DIN 471 (Welle) oder DIN 472 (Bohrung), m\u00f6gliche Durchmesser von \u00f85 bis \u00f860. Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Durchmesser mit ge\u00e4nderter Grundmechanik oder spezielle Ringe auf Anfrage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mittels der Aufnahme Lagerspender kann ein Wechselmagazin f\u00fcr Kugellager angebaut werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wechselmagazin f\u00fcr Kugellager, Passcheiben und sonstige &#8222;runde Teile&#8220; von \u00f85 bis \u00f860. Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Durchmesser mit ge\u00e4nderter Grundmechanik oder spezielle Bauteile auf Anfrage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alle Teile verzinkt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incl. 3\/2-Wegeventil (24V), Entnahmesensor (24V) und Pneumatikzylinder (6 bar) mit Zuluftdrosseln und zwei Zylinderschaltern (24V).<br>\n<strong>Jedoch ohne SPS-Steuerung<\/strong>, da der pneumatische Spender PRS in der Regel in eine Automatisierungsl\u00f6sung integriert wird und die Ansteuerung somit kundenseitig erfolgt.
